Dee-O-Gee Kalispell wants you to be satisfied with your purchase! However we realize sometimes there’s a need to make a return, and in some cases, restrictions may apply.
If the item is re-sellable meaning, unopened, unexpired and in its original packing, we will apply a full refund back to the ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
For all other items, if eligible per the conditions as detailed here, we will apply a full refund as STORE CREDIT and can be used at a future purchase date.
Store credit does not expire.
All returns must be accompanied by a physical receipt or verifiable purchase history within our system and must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Managers reserve the right to override or extend credit based on outlying conditions not detailed in this return policy.
DRY FOOD, RAW FOOD, WET FOOD & SUPPLEMENT PRODUCTS
Most manufacturers allow us to accept OPEN returns of FOOD & SUPPLEMENT products when it relates to health issues, defects or adverse reactions such as your pet “got sick” or they “refused to eat”.
Items must be more than 50% full and in their original packaging in order for us to issue a full refund. Our vendors’ require that we provide lot and manufacturing codes only found on the original packaging which is why we require that you return the product intact.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
These items are GENERALLY not refundable without explicit manager approval. Line staff are not authorized to process these returns unless a manager is present for determination. If one is not available, we are unable to process the return during your current visit with us but will be happy to follow-up with you at our earliest convenience.
