Our fantastic grooming team will take the utmost care of your pups, providing a safe & fun experience and using carefully selected products to ensure your satisfaction upon pick-up! We do not kennel or crate your pups during their visit unless ABSOLUTELY necessary so please be certain that they are okay socializing with other dogs and that you have arranged for a pick-up when their appointment is completed.
We do not currently offer cat grooming.
At this time we have very limited availability for new clients or clients who have not been in for grooming in over 4 months. We may be able to take on haircut clients who are 30lbs or less, or bath and brush clients up to 100lbs. NOTE: We typically book up to 4-6 weeks out at times so we recommend planning ahead and even booking your next appointment in-store after you pick-up your pups!
Whether your pups is in for a simple bath or a full groom, you can expect a full brush* & blow-out, nail trim, and ear cleaning for no extra charge! We'll also include foot and face trims for the dogs that need a tidy-up.
*If excessive matting is present, we may not be able to perform a full brush out without trimming / shaving. De-matting will incur additional charges, and we will only de-mat to an extent that is reasonable for the comfort of the dog.

We are happy to provide some grooming services beyond standard grooming appointments, such as nail trims, face trims, sanitary trims, or gland expression. Although these services may be available on a walk-in basis, we recommend calling 24-48 hours in advance to ensure there are grooming staff available.
We take the health of all our guests very seriously, and we know that as responsible pet owners, you can understand and appreciate our cautious nature when it comes to the requirements we've set for the awesome grooming services we provide at Dee-O-Gee!
Please plan to arrive no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals 15 minutes past the appointment time are subject to cancellation and a cancellation fee.
We appreciate that there may be many reasons clients need to change or cancel their appointments, and we try to be as flexible as possible when life happens! We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations or rescheduling to give our groomers a chance to fill your appointment slot and avoid loss of commissions. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hour notice may be subject fees up to 50% of the cost of your scheduled service.
We will always take into account the severity of the need to cancel, but repeat offenders will also be required to put down a non-refundable booking deposit to keep their appointment.
Winter Cancellations: We completely understand that road conditions can change quickly and you may need to cancel due to weather. We will waive cancellation fees for poor weather conditions - we want our clients to stay safe! Please note we may also cancel appointments if it unsafe for our staff to come in.
If you need to cancel your appointment after 5pm the night before your appointment, or before 8:30am the morning of, please text us at 406-319-3431. We do not receive voicemails until staff arrive at the store, so we appreciate a text so our staff can adjust their morning schedule!
For the safety of all our grooming clients, Dee-O-Gee requires proof of adminstration for the following vaccinations and must be current & provided / documented by a veterinarian (no self-administered vaccinations):
*We recognize that not all dogs can or should be vaccinated due to health reasons. Therefore, we are willing to consider Titer test results for certain dogs. Please contact us at 406-300-1356 to discuss further.
If vaccines were recently given, we require the following waiting periods after the date of administration before your pups can visit with us:
Our waiting period policy ensures that guests with little or no immunity have not been exposed accidentally and are not infected with an illness while visiting their veterinarian to get vaccinated.
An effective form of flea control is strongly recommended for all in-state dogs. For out-of-state guests, a current flea & tick treatment in place is required. We are okay with natural remedies too, such as Wondercide...we keep this brand in stock so check with us if you'd like to purchase and administer this before attending your grooming appointment!
If fleas, ticks, or lice are found on a dog during grooming, we will be required to wash the dog in a natural anti-pest shampoo and an additional charge may be added to the grooming price. This treatment will only kill existing adult pests on the dog at the time of the bath.
In some cases, to prevent the spread to other clients, we may require the immediate pick-up of the affected dog and require treatment before rescheduling the groom.
